High-quality customer staff training is a key to long-term and successful running of solutions implemented.

RBC Group has developed training techniques for implementation and practical use of ERP-and BI-systems that were proven during our projects. Our trainings provide the most useful and relevant material, carefully selected during execution of dozens of different projects. Our teaching materials are available in Russian, Ukrainian and other national languages, as well as practical exercises and tests developed for customer staff certification. We continually improve the training programs and our trainers’ skills.
 
You can order any of the prepared courses for the group of your employees, or send one or more people from your company to open trainings held for several companies. The training might  be conducted at your company's classroom or at our training center. As a part of implementation project, we can always adapt training course so that best fit your needs.

You can order a full study course for product and methodology, then implement and develop the system with the help of your own staff without need to involve RBC Group consultants.

RBC Group Company is proud of the fact that one of our training courses developed in co-operation with Hydrosila JSC specialists and the Department of Marketing and Economic Cybernetics is used as basis to teach students of Kirovograd National Technical University for Information systems for management of enterprises and organizations discipline. Students can obtain some practical skills by working with  ERP-systems implemented by our specialists and successfully operating at two largest Kirovograd industrial enterprises.
