Training

RBC Group has developed and proven method of implementation study and practical use of all offered systems. The given methods are not only used at implementation projects fulfilled by our company, but also as a curriculum at Institutes of higher education. Кроме проектов внедрения систем автоматизации, данные методики используются в учебных программах ВУЗов, осуществляемых нашей компанией.

Training can be conducted as in the frame of implementation project, as well as separately, in case Customer implements software independently.

Aim of the given stage is to train and equip the Customer’s project team employees with the skills necessary to work with the system in the amount adequate for participation in the project. During such trainings it is put emphasis mostly on standard system capabilities and recommended business-processes, also on special terminology that is used in the system and manuals.

One of the objectives of the study is introducing RBC Group consultants with the expectations of Customer’s staff from the system.

During the study the following activities are to be done:

  • Preparation of the training program

  • Preparation of the schedule on the training the members of Customer’s project team.

  • Preparation of the tests by trained subjects.

  • Conduction of the training

  • Trainees Testing
  •  

  • Trainees quiz to define quality of the training.

  • Final creation and approval of the Customer’s project team.
