Analytics Based on Open Data
We develop analytical projects based on open data so that everyone can access information about government projects and agencies and monitor their operations.
We develop powerful digital solutions based on Qlik Sense, which enable government agencies to consolidate large sets of open data into unified interactive portals. Thanks to Qlik’s associative engine, government agencies gain tools for monitoring KPIs, automating public reporting, and gaining instant access to detailed data. This helps increase transparency, build trust, and ensure accountability to the public and donors.
Thanks to this module, every Ukrainian citizen can see how the government uses their tax dollars, monitor the public procurement system, and help improve it. The module contains comprehensive information on all procurements in the ProZorro system, as well as contracting authorities and participants, offering a wide range of features—from general KPIs to specific tenders, lots, and violations.
The module enables public oversight and analysis of all auctions for the sale of state and municipal property conducted through the ProZorro.Sales electronic trading system, including KPI analysis, competitiveness analysis, and analysis of auctions, participants, organizers, and trading platforms.
The analytical portal for the State Customs Service of Ukraine currently includes two analytical modules: the complaints and inquiries module and the module on Ukraine’s trade with other countries. At present, the system provides the following information: statistics on complaints; trade analysis: imports, exports, trade balance, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
An analytical tool for analyzing data on projects and programs registered in the DREAM ecosystem. The information in the module is presented in the form of tables, graphs, and charts to facilitate analytical research. The tool is integrated with the DREAM ecosystem—the digital foundation of the PIM reform and a one-stop shop for public investment management—which ensures daily data updates.
An interactive analytical solution for analyzing the results of the European City Index from Transparency International Ukraine’s “Transparent Cities” program. The tool allows users to compare the results of 11 Ukrainian cities, analyze data across six areas of municipal governance, and drill down from overall ratings to individual indicators. Built on the Qlik Sense platform.
An analytical module for studying Ukraine’s bus route network, passenger transportation, and transportation accessibility. The tool combines open data with interactive maps, tables, and dashboards, helping government agencies, transit operators, and the public analyze the route network, identify gaps in transportation service, and make informed decisions regarding the development of transportation infrastructure. The data is regularly updated and integrated with national transportation information systems.
It allows you to analyze queue length, the number and duration of border crossings, and the achievement of targets by country, border crossing point, and vehicle type.
