Open Data Analytics in Azerbaijan
We develop data analytics projects based on open data so that everyone can access information about government processes and institutions and monitor their operations.
Thanks to this module, every Ukrainian citizen can see how the government uses their tax dollars, monitor the public procurement system, and help improve it. The module contains comprehensive information on all procurements in the ProZorro system, as well as on contracting authorities and bidders, offering a wide range of features—from general KPIs to specific tenders, lots, and violations.

The module enables users to monitor and identify abuses in the procurement of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals.
The module allows you to analyze the annual procurement plans of government customers. This analysis makes it possible to quickly identify errors in planning, project the company’s future performance, and estimate future order volumes for suppliers. The module contains comprehensive information on all plans in the ProZorro system and on customers, offering a wide range of analytical capabilities, from general KPIs to specific plans.
The module enables public oversight and analysis of all auctions for the sale of state and municipal property conducted via the ProZorro.Sales electronic trading system, including KPI analysis, competitiveness analysis, and analysis of auctions, participants, organizers, and platforms.
The module makes it easy to analyze the income declarations of Ukrainian officials in order to combat corruption.
The Governing Bodies Dashboard in the BI Public Analytics Module enables the customer’s governing bodies to understand and monitor the effectiveness of procurement activities carried out by their subordinate departments, thereby facilitating sound management decisions.
The module enables public oversight and analysis of the operations of all state-owned enterprises in Ukraine with the aim of ensuring transparency and accountability, improving efficiency, and reducing corruption risks—such as the artificial undervaluation of state-owned enterprises for the purpose of privatization, the concealment of illegal expenditures, and the illegal sale or transfer of assets to third parties.
The module enables the analysis of public procurement related to the implementation of a range of technical and organizational energy-saving and other measures aimed at reducing the customer’s consumption and/or costs for fuel and energy resources and/or utility services. The module contains information on all energy service company (ESCO) procurement procedures, customers, and participants, providing a wide range of functionality from general KPIs to specific tenders, lots, and violations.
The module was designed to analyze incidence rates, suspected cases, active cases, recoveries, and mortality rates, taking into account the population size in each region, the number of hospital beds, and the availability of ventilators. It enables not only monitoring but also other analyses, allowing users to compare the progression of the pandemic across different countries based on any combination of indicators. Data is displayed on familiar interactive maps, graphs, and tables. It is also possible to analyze past situations as of any specific date. The module is built on the Qlik Analytics Platform.
This public service, built on the Qlik Analytics Platform, provides information and statistics regarding the return of Ukrainian citizens to their homeland in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
Users can view real-time data on the locations and numbers of Ukrainians wishing to return home, as well as learn about available options for returning.
The analytical portal for the State Customs Service of Ukraine includes two analytical modules: a module for complaints and inquiries, and a module for Ukraine’s trade with other countries.
Currently, the system provides the following information:
complaint statistics;
trade analysis: imports, exports, trade balance, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Future plans include adding new modules to the portal. The module is built on the Qlik Analytics Platform.
Since the launch of the “What Does Your School Buy?” service, all parents can see what their children’s school purchases, whether requests for parental contributions are justified, and whether the school is adequately equipped with everything necessary for quality education and extracurricular activities for the children.
The service was developed on behalf of Transparency International Ukraine using the Qlik Sense BI platform and is hosted on the New Ukrainian School website.
This analytical portal, built on the Qlik Analytics Platform, allows users to access and analyze information in a convenient and intuitive format regarding:
dimension and weight inspections of vehicles on Ukrainian roads, including details on identified violations, imposed penalties, and the law enforcement agencies involved;
analytics on permits for international freight transport;
analytics on the use of licensed commercial vehicles;
analytics on the status and funding levels of road safety initiatives in accordance with government programs.
